Terms of sale

These terms apply to the sale of original artwork by June by Aundrea.

Unique works

Every painting offered is a unique original. Listing a work does not constitute an offer to sell; a sale is formed when an invoice is issued and paid.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any import duties, which are stated separately on the invoice. Payment is due within the period shown on the invoice. Title to the work passes on receipt of payment in full.

Reservations

A work is held for seven days once an invoice is issued. If the invoice is unpaid after that period the work is returned to availability.

Colour

Photographs are colour-corrected as closely as possible, but screens vary. Dimensions and medium stated on each work are accurate.

Commissions

Commissions are agreed in writing with a deposit, a described scope, and an agreed delivery window. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
