Shipping and returns

Shipping

Work ships from Las Vegas, Nevada. Every piece is packed for transit, crated where size or fragility requires it, and insured for its full value in transit. Shipping is quoted per work and per destination and is shown on the invoice before you pay.

International

Work ships worldwide. Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Framing

Work ships unframed unless stated otherwise, so framing remains your decision.

Damage in transit

Inspect the work on arrival. Report any transit damage with photographs within seventy-two hours of delivery and the shipment insurance claim will be handled for you, including full refund or replacement where the work cannot be restored.

Returns

Original works may be returned within fourteen days of delivery if returned in original condition and original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's cost unless the work arrived damaged or was not as described. Commissions are not returnable.
